HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER IF I AM A NEW CUSTOMER WHO REQUIRES A NEW DESIGN/ARTWORK
The design of your artwork takes around 3-5 working days. Once approved, your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. If you need your order faster than this, please contact us as we may be able to dispatch sooner for you.
WHERE DO I FIND MY ORDER DELIVERY DATE?
On your order confirmation, you will see an anticipated date of dispatch and estimated date of delivery based on your chosen method of delivery. All orders will normally have a production lead time of 7-10 days.
I’VE PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Occasionally emails from us will automatically go into your email junk or spam folder, so you may find your order confirmation email there. If not, please contact us and we will check on our system to make sure we have received your order.
CAN I GET MY ORDER ANY FASTER?
Your order is specifically manufactured just for you, the manufacturing process takes on or around 7-10 working days, however we always strive to meet or improve the anticipated dispatch date. The date we advise on our order confirmation, is a good indication of when to expect your order. Please do contact us if you have a specific deadline, we will always do our best to help.
CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE AND TIME?
If you need your order to be delivered on a specific day/time please contact us and we will try to organise this.
CAN I GET A TAPE MEASURE WITH ONLY METRIC MEASUREMENTS?
Yes, if you browse our website or product guide, we have metric only tape measures in our range.
DO YOU SELL A LEFT-HANDED TAPE MEASURE?
We do indeed! If you look for our Vice Versa tape measure you will see from the blade design that this is perfect for left handed users.
DO YOUR TAPES MEET UKCA AND CE STANDARDS?
Yes, all our tapes meet UKCA and CE standards. If you need a copy certificate or help regarding measuring accuracy standards, then please get in touch with us.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We can change your delivery address up until 1pm on the day of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to amend this for you.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
We usually only accept orders for delivery to the UK and Ireland, however if you are based elsewhere, then please contact us and we can advise you accordingly.
CAN I DESIGN MY OWN ARTWORK FOR THE YOUR BRAND PRODUCTS?
You certainly can! If you have artwork to send us, our preferred file formats are any high resolution ready to print files – PDF/JPEG/TIFF/EPS/AI/CDR – please set colours to CMYK.
Low resolution files, copied web-site images, word documents, excel files or just not sure? Please send us your file and we will advise you! We have been known to create designs from sketches, photos, and a cut out logo from a T Shirt !!
We will send you a proof of your design to ensure you are 100% happy with it.
CAN I UPDATE/CHANGE MY ARTWORK?
No problem at all, please just get in touch with us to advise the changes and we will carry out the amends and send you a revised proof for your approval.
CAN I BUY JUST THE DOMED RESIN LABELS OR VINYL LABELS?
Yes, we can certainly supply a domed or vinyl label. Please contact us and let us know the size, shape etc required and we can send you a quotation.
CAN I LEAVE YOU A REVIEW OR OFFER SOME FEEDBACK?
