delay-we’ve put together some artwork guidelines.

Acceptable File Formats
We accept the following file types:
·Vector files: .Al, .EPS, .CDR, .SVG, .PDF (with editable vectors)
·High-resolution images: .PNG, .JPG, .TIFF (minimum 300 DPI)
·Design files: .PSD, .INDD (please include all linked assets and fonts)

Artwork Requirements
To ensure clarity and compatibility:
·Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for raster images
·Colour mode: CMYK preferred
·Fonts: Convert to outlines or include font files
·Bleed: Include 3mm bleed if artwork extends to edge
·Transparency: Avoid flattened transparencies unless intentional

What to Avoid
To prevent delays or quality issues, please avoid:
·Low-resolution screenshots or web images
·Word documents or PowerPoint files
·Files with missing fonts or linked images
·Artwork embedded in emails without attachment

How to Send
·Attach files directly to your email
·If files are large, use a file transfer service (e.g. WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive)
·Include any relevant notes (e.g. size, placement, colour preferences)
